From a piece of unused land, extensive work was carried out with large retaining walls built between the new build property and the house next door. The property was built in different phases and completed to a high specification including Porcelanosa bathrooms, W/c,  contemporary kitchen, utility and wooden flooring to the ground floor. Externally black casement windows and composite doors were installed. A patio surrounding the house along with feature garden walls and new driveway was created. The house was built with a 10 year New build warrenty through Build Zone.

This project was undertaken in Brereton, Rugeley, Staffordshire, transforming a corner piece of waste land into an attractive property on the road. The new homeowner was delighted with the her new home and the contemporay living spaces that she now has.
